Align. Alignment is the process of bringing all energy into alignment. It is a unification process of the soul, mind, body, heart, and spirit. When we align with our true self, our higher self, we begin a process of true wisdom. Energy alignment methods come in many forms, sound healing, energy clearing, meditation, and sometimes it involves physically cleaning house. It is the process of letting go of all that that no longer serves the soul, and allowing the light to shine into all corners of darkness. It is the unification with Source, Creator, our Higher Power, Higher Self, God, whatever this essence is that unifies with our soul, and is highlighted by our Spirit. Sometimes, we may experience a dark night of the soul, a moment of hitting rock bottom to have the desire to change, shift, to remember our oneness with all creation, the light of our hearts and souls. Other times, we just know it is time, and see out tools for this transformation to take shape.

Embody. Embodiment of our Pure Truth, Light, and Love can begin with so many streams of wisdom. It takes soulmates, soul family, and soul tribe to come together to bring understanding, perspective, and awareness, so we continue to engage in the present moment through this multidimensional experience of consciousness. Our Higher Self is the gatekeeper of the wisdom that floods through us, and is a messenger of discernment. Breathe, rest, walk in nature, nourish to fully honor the embodiment process. Take what resonates, and leave the rest. Sovereign Soul Embodiment may bring about an awareness of the multidimensional consciousness of Self, and hone the aspects of being that are essential to this one perfect life. Embodiment is a process of allowing the body to lead, one step in front of the other, the mind is integrating so much, and needs moments to rest and replenish.

Integration. As we attune to our light, it is a process felt in every cell of the body, including the nervous system, the blood stream, the bones, the heart and the hemispheres of the mind. Logic is a helpful tool for integration, once the wisdom of the Spirit has fully aligned and taken human form. As we integrate, we nourish our mastery through practice, and practical application of the clarity, tools and wisdom of our Spirit. This is the process of honing our craft, reflecting on the entire life experience, and refining our scope of what really matters. We are able to learn new information, discern truth, receive intuition, all through a unified crystalline column at the center of the left and right hemispheres of the brain. We are able to integrate all the spiritual tools, career tools, and tools of the work of our life's art all into one balanced network.

Rise. We begin to rise, in subtle vibrations of soft pink violet before the strong overtones and hues of the waking morn trumpet forth. Rise is the love of all creation, the humming of birds, and the swaying of palm branches, and feeling the union with it all. There is a childlike wonder that bestows us, and nurtures our creativity, visions, and dreams. It brings us right relationships of kindness, collaboration, and even co-creation. We rise in Love, knowing that this love is of the Spirit, the levity to our density, and life force that births new existence, new connections, and new creations. We Rise in Love.

From Grief to Joy

The long road home lead me into some uncharted territory. I left a cabin in the hollow, a community of goats and chickens, friends, employment and Waldorf training in Sonoma County to reunite with family a days drive away. And on the road to recovery, I lost my father. He made his transition in February, and we held his memorial in March. I thought that I was prepared to handle the grief that was before me, but I was wrong. As I allowed my mind, body and soul to endure the feelings arising with grief, it allowed me to deepen in love, compassion, and understanding for myself and the loss, and along with family, I held myself in loving embrace as the grief moved through me.

As I have found my way through the thicket of it all, a new horizon is emerging with hummingbirds, roses, and oceanic landscapes. My purpose, vision, and offerings begin to realize their potential. My website is now updated with beautiful, intuitive divine wisdom, honoring this unique path forward, and is now combining with the logos, the logical progression of the mind, grounded, and in language that is comprehensible. I am meeting new beautiful souls in the central, as well as southern coastal regions of California, and my perspective is shifting, aligning and rising in consciousness.
