Radiant Child Yoga trained teacher, Devon Delaney, M.Ed, teaches Meditation for Youth.   Breath.  Center. Connect. Create!  This 45 minute class is for youth ages 8-15 with written parental consent.  The class will focus on centering through mindfulness, meditation, sound healing, mindful art,  singing, and gentle movement. We will meet in the Gavahrum Community Space at SoulBody Ojai at 206 N. Signal St in Ojai. Please arrive 10 minutes early for first-time class attendees. Please remove your shoes outside before entering the space.  You are welcome to bring your own yoga mats, there are also mats and cushions available for respectful use in the Gavahrum community space.
