Gentle yoga, meditation, and soothing sound bath for both events.
Nurturing empowering birth meditation for Pre-natal (**For pre-natal parents/caregivers and babies up to 5 months). Community caregiver connection to support your journey into parenthood and as a parent and caregiver. Soothing crystalline bowls and nourishing water sounds to assist in relaxing tension, nerves, body, and mind.
